I have always created my own workout and was building muscle a few years ago then leaning out, but this time I'm looking to stay lean all year. I needed some help with this one and I enjoy strength yoga, but it was not enough. This book has some great exercises and even though We are very fit I still had some work to do to get to warrior stage. With each day set away available for a 30 days it was super easy to incorporate it into my current routine., When going to the health club is difficult or costly, this book supplies a great structure on body-weight exercises. I'm a fitness fanatic but with a busy daily schedule it's not easy to find time to workout. This book not only provides guidance for all levels of fitness, but also provides short workouts that can be done within 10-30 minutes daily. I'd highly recommend this guide if if you're into body weight exercises or enjoy working away at home., I already have joined the health club to make me fit and smart. This is why i got this book to take more guidance from this author. This book is really a good guide for those who like to be healthy like a warrior. This book has different energetic recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner also. These recipes are definitely rich in energy and i have tried some of them also. The author has also added the tips about intermittent fasting as well. Overall, this is a complete weight loss book. I definitely recommend this book to all., We have been in and out of the gym for years and having back at it again in January and started to learn about Calisthenics so which i can do my workouts anywhere even if I don't have dumbbells. I like that there's different progressions in the book so if Now i'm getting started there's beginner exercises and since I progress there's more complex workouts. This is a really good resource for anyone looking to be more fit., I just ran 48. 6 miles in Disney, so arriving back from that, We have been looking for some new things to try. I LOVED the routines this guide gives you at the end. I have done P90X P90x3 Asylum.. you get the idea, but I don't always have time for those. Also not going to the gym, there are times that I only have 10-20 minutes and I have to operate without having time to shower from the sweat that P90x inflicts. I love that this book claims you avoid have to do these exercises all at the same time. I won't sweat after a few and while We are waiting around for my kids to finish as assignment (I home school) I can knock out a set before heading back to teach them. This is certainly even great for couch potatoes, because you can do a quick set and head back to the couch for an hour or two before having to get up for set. I am definitely employing these routines into my weekly activites., If you have always wanted to get in to form but hate the idea of going to a health club or purchasing a complicated in-home fitness machine, then calisthenics exercises may be just what you are looking for. Calisthenics exercises are those which use your body’s own weight since the resistance required to make each exercise effective. Provide it a try., The particular techniques are guaranteed to test your endurance, just avoid forget to have a lot of stretching exercises prior to starting. I could recommend this to newbies who are dedicated in starting a healthier year and those (like me) that has been executing some of the exercises incorrectly for quite some time (just realized the errors after reading this book). The particular exercises always has their own detailed description on how it is executed and on how to avoid injuries. The book could have been much more better if it came with sketches or even just diagrams on how the positions; still a good book suited to newbies., This is a must read book for anyone who wants to work on the physique and do it by using calisthenics. Calisthenics uses the body weight of one self to work on their body. The book has been written very well as it starts from the beginner phase explaining each exercise perfectly and in detail. I adored the advance level exercises as well, just by reading them you know how difficult they are. There is a challenge section available as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this guide.
