The steps are basic yet powerful and I am completely comfortable using the pièce. So far, I have your chance presentation script commited to memory and mastered, where it comes out natural and I use it on all my listing appointments. I started calling FSBOs (was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED) and less than the usual week of phoning them I had my first appointment within the first conversation! Usually, you will have to communicate with them many times before getting the appointment.
I have been in real estate for 3 years however, within the past couple of months I decided for taking my real estate business seriously. I have gained so much more self-confidence from the advice, tips, and ideas using this guide. Even though I feel like I'm starting from the beginning with my business, this book, plus his videos and my determination (most important) is helping my business develop the right way.
-Michelle Rose, This took a little bit to get here (almost 2 weeks) and it was intended to be new, but totally isn't. I wasn't sure what stars to set because the actual guide content is great. I just finished the guide and I loved it.
HOWEVER the shipping took forever and the book was plainly not new. In good condition, but had scratches on the cover and had the queue on the edge like it was opened and read a lot., I'm a newbie to the Real Estate business. I've been searching the internet hello and low for great scripts to help myself to better speak with customers and sellers. I have some free scripts from the internet and some from all other Real Estate Experts nonetheless they are not like what is in this guide. I have been studying the scripts in this guide religiously then when speaking with potential clients, I will seem to be real and not canned. The reason why I selected to use these pièce is because they are truthful and am believe they will help me to hook up with the consumer better. Not like the some of those other BS lines I have been seeing all over the internet. Such as telling a FSBO that I might have a buyer when in fact I don't. I love these scripts and I can't wait to begin using them in my everyday prospecting. I will write back again on the amount of money I have already been making off these pièce. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to becoming a coaching client.

Following joining he told myself to memorize key discussions in his Book of Yes. In my viewpoint this may not be a script guide. It's a book of professional coversations to connecting with people and leading them to a decision. Sales and listing appointments aren't intimidating for me ever again because I now really know what to say and many significantly how to say it., This is my favorite book all times. I use it everyday and i believe this is first book on the market that contains perfect scripts and explains on how to truly talk to people and treat customers the right way. THANK THANK THANK YOU KEVIN for sharing your knowledge and experience.. This book is a TREASURE!!!!!, I've been following Kevin for about a year now and I LOVE, REALLY LIKE, LOVE the way this individual is so real. Your dog is humbled by his meager upbringing, loving his family and starting with hardly any PC's yet shooting to the top through hard work and perseverance. This specific a the book that has helped me become the realtor because it's straight forward and no BULL CRAP. Far better than any other scripts I've experienced to learn.
