It also contains easy everyday tested recipes to keep yourself to fit and slim. I have lost 15 pounds being on that low carb diet. 5 stars!!!, This particular diet works wonders! The book is very an easy task to read, contains information about scientist's research and Atkins diet plan in general. I enjoyed the specific detail on what to eat and exactly what not to eat, pointed out mistakes with my previous diets and especially information for diabetic people since it is hard to maintain virtually any diet with such a problem. I lost couple pounds by using his guide, thank you!, I had formed a few pounds here and there that have been hard to eliminate during some other diet I have been trying, apart from Atkins diet described within this guide.
