Kayla is also a great role model for fitness so seeing her workout routines all in this book lead me to actually want to use it more. It's offered me to motivation I have to get going on my 6 week improvement routine which I will this individual using some of these., These are so great, I am time poor and the thought of spending the tiny time I have as downtime exercising sucks. This book changes that it gives you powerhouse workouts that are easy to do anytime. I have been doing one out of the morning, one at lunch and then two during the night. I am doing 20 mins of exercise in 5 min prevents so I hardly notice the time gone., I read the full book in the train ride. It's really straightforward and is actually great that for most exercises they show the pictures of how it's done. I do believe doe, that the introduction is little bit long and recurring.. but otra great that aside from the individual work outs at the conclusion it breaks down what you can do every day so you avoid have to think what things to mix and match. I will give the exercises a go as I don't have time to go to the gym every day and spend an hour. And i believe it was great at the book explains that although you may go to the gym daily, you may not be getting the nearly all of it or not exercising at all nearby put your heart rate program each exercise. It definitely gives you a lot of insight of how to properly kick start your metabolism and coronary heart rate., This book is an amazing tool for some to use who will be trying to loose weight but doesn't have a lot of time to commit to gym and training sessions. I highly recommend it to anyone. Unlike other weight loss & exercise books, this really grasped my attention. Really motivational and effective, due to the fact it is very well written and filled with all essential knowledge. Highly recommend reading - I do love Kayla Bates as an author.
