SANDER-GUI

SANDER-GUI is a graphic-user-interface to the SANDER module (from AMBER Package) for minimization and MD simulations using different potential models.

AMBER Package: Sander is part of the AMBER package for simulations of biological systems. Users must have access to AMBER Version 8 in order to configure the Resource Broker or GSub (Grid Submission) to run the program.
