Lesson 3 : Search and view results by CSE Online tools

1. In Query Type choose NCS Number(s)

2. In Output File Format choose PDB

3. Input your search target ( eg : 125973) in the Query Type Value. Then click the Submit button.

Remember that you can type in Query Type Value individual numbers or open (e.g. '-200') or closed (e.g. '200-300') number ranges. Results will match any of the numbers or number ranges.

4. When the search is done, you can click on a hyperlink to view the structure of this PDB file by CSE Online tools
