Bioviewer is very user-friendly software. You can use it immediately without any instruction. However, if you want to save time, just take a very quick look on these simple lessons. Now, let’s use 1Y5R.pdb (The crystal structure of murine 11b-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase complexed with corticosterone ) as an example
