Despite tremendous success with our recent release of Grid-enabled CSE-Online, we were not able to secure federal funding for its maintenance, support, and continuous development. Our current NSF funding is effectively ended. We strongly believe that CSE-Online provides an innovative technology that will transform how research and teaching computational science is done. For this reason, we are fully committed to continue making CSE-Online broadly available to the community worldwide and introducing improvements, new features and tools. This is only possible if CSE-Online is commercialized and is supported by the community. The current version of CSE-Online will continue to be freely available. The much more powerful and robust commercial version of CSE-Online will be available later this year.
We hope that you support our efforts to commercialize CSE-Online. Currently, most of our remaining development team members are supported from our own funds.
